Return & Exchange Policy

No Question Asked Return Policy

We are gladly accept returns. We’re 99% certain you’re going to love our hand made carpets & rugs. We want to make sure that you’re 100% happy with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just e mail us at sales@woolpath.com within 15 days of receiving it and simply roll it up and ship your carpet & rug in 30 days of delivery.

if we paid customs duties and/or VAT on your behalf We will deduct customs duties when we refund your payment. Should there be any fundamental errors committed by us, such as delivery of a wrong or damaged item, etc., the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Items are to be returned in the same condition as sold with no damage or alterations or sign of use and customer is liable to check the delivery and refuse damaged packages items while delivery.

 

If customer accept damaged packages,  faulty items caused by improper package condition (ragged, pierced, worn, burn, wet, soggy, contaminated, discolored, shrunk, loosen..) not to be accepted by woolpath.com. Customer is liable to keep the item safe after delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
